- If they block internet phones as they are now, the programs will only get
- fancier. For example, an encrypted data stream so no-one knows what kind
- of information is going over the net. Or just taking the data steam, and
- hiding it in something else (like burying it in a .GIF file transfer or
- some such thing).

- Individuals can always adapt faster than a company can compensate, and as
- long as the authors keep finding ways around their "blocking" attempts,
